The FPD International 2007 was held at the Pacifico Yokohama Exhibition Hall for three days from October 24 (Wed.) to 26 (Fri.). The exhibition was a great success with a total of 69,571 visitors. Our booth included the mobile IPS lineup for cellular phones offering LCDs 1.4 times brighter than conventional models, new technologies such as multi-touch sensors and a lineup of medium-sized general-purpose IPS and automotive LCDs. In addition, IPS-Alpha panels boasting the industry's lowest power consumption were exhibited in the IPS Alpha Technology section.
