Expanded Lineup of IPS LCD Modules for Medical Monitors with LED Backlights
LED Backlights Now Available in All LCD Modules for Medical Monitors
Hitachi Displays, Ltd. (President: Yoshiyuki Imoto, hereafter referred to as Hitachi Displays) now offers LED backlights in all IPS LCD modules for medical monitors. These modules use IPS-Pro technology that features improved brightness, contrast, and viewing angle. Using white LED backlights as the LCD light source improves product life and reduces power consumption.
These new IPS LCD modules for medical monitors with LED backlights will be on display at FPD International 2011 held at Pacifico Yokohama from 26 to 28 October.
